Ordering was easy enough, but once I got the results, I had a hard time understanding what they meant. I was expecting a more plain-English explanation of the numbers and ended up having to google a few things myself. Support did reply, which I appreciated, but I still felt confused afterward. It might be fine if you already know testing terms, but for regular people I think it could be explained a lot better

I thought the test kit felt solid, which is always reassuring, right? The instructions were clear enough for me to follow without any real confusion, i didn’t run into any issues. Seems like a decent kit to me.

I’m happy with it overall. The price felt fair for what I got, and it definitely saved me some hassle. It’s not perfect, but I’d still say it was worth the money

Nothing risky or frustrating about the experience, so I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Well... the box came looking neat overall, just had a tiny dent on it. Nothing too bad, but I did notice it.
